Chin State resistance groups led by the Chin National Army (CNA) have blocked off all four major roads that connect in the town of Matupi to Chin State, Myanmar.
The rebel groups have orders to shoot at anyone who attempts to cross without prior authorization as they continue their efforts against the Junta within the area.
