Geolocated Footage Reportedly Shows Ukraine on Other Side of Dnieper

Geolocated footage published by a Russian milblogger and compiled by the Institute for the Study of War, reportedly shows Ukrainian forces on the other side of the Dnieper River, a serious development if proven true. The footage shows Ukrainian troops half a kilometer north of Oleshky, a town in Ukraine.
