The Taiwanese Army’s 101st Infantry Brigade will simulate a hypothetical amphibious Chinese invasion on Xixian Beach.
Xixian Beach is labeled as a “Red Beach” or locations where China could conduct a potential landing if an invasion occurs.
The drills will last around 4 hours (8 a.m. to noon local time), with the unit conducting small arms practice, in addition to having coast guard vessels patrol the area.
