Chinese and American treasury officials held the 3rd Economic Working Group meeting in Beijing from February 5th to 6th to discuss a number of pressing issues.
Topics of discussion included the overall economic situations and policies of both countries, G20 financial cooperation, debt in undeveloped nations, and industrial policy.
China brought up concerns regarding further tariffs placed on them by the United States, limiting two-way trade, and sanctions placed on Chinese companies.
Both nations agreed to keep an open line of communication.
