Additional information regarding the U.S. Marine Corps CH-53E Super Stallion that went missing last night has been revealed.
The last known location of the helicopter, callsign “Tiger 1-1”, was near Pine Valley, CA over Cleveland National Forest.
Search and rescue operations are being expanded after initial searches of the last known location yielded no results. Additionally, search crews on the ground have been delayed by a winter storm in the area and terrain conditions.
