SCOTUS Rules Trump to Stay on Ballot

The Supreme Court has ruled that all motions from states to remove former President Trump from the ballot are unconstitutional, and therefore overruled, in a unanimous decision.

Many experts and citizens on both sides of the political divide expressed apprehension towards the precedent set when a state was able to unilaterally remove a presidential candidate from the ballot. Many legal scholars suggested it would set a dangerous rule to be used by an opposing party to remove a candidate from the ballot in future elections.
