Early this morning, a drone strike targeted a Rosneft-owned oil refining facility in Ryazan, located in Western Russia, resulting in a series of three explosions and a fire. Around the same time, another attack hit an FSB building in Belgorod, Russia.
The two strikes used two and three allegedly Ukrainian-made unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in their respective attacks. Local authorities have not reported any casualties from the strike.
Yesterday, a drone struck the city administration building in Belgorod.
These strikes occurred after a ground offensive by the pro-Kyiv ‘Freedom of Russia Legion’ group in the Kursk and Belgorod Oblasts, along the Ukraine border, a few days after the Russian presidential election.
