ISIS Spokesperson Calls for ‘Lone Wolves’ Attack on Christians and Jews

Abu Hudhaifa al-Ansari, spokesman for the Islamic State, called for “lone wolves” to attack Christians and Jews throughout the month of Ramadan, especially in the United States, Europe, and Israel.

In his Telegram message, he stated a need for the Islamic State – East Asia Province (ISEAP), also known as Abu Sayyaf, to move operations into major cities and for those in the Islamic State – Central African Province (ISCAP) in Mozambique to “double attacks” in the region.

He also praised Islamic State – Khorasan Province (IS-KP) for their attacks at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, referring to it as a “bloody attack” on a “large crowd of Christians” last week.

Several nations throughout the world, including France and Italy, have raised their terror levels following the attack in Moscow, in which at least 140 people were killed.

Al-Ansari also claimed Ramadan was the month for jihad.
