The casualty toll for the semi-truck ramming incident in Brenham, Texas has been updated. One person is dead and other 14 have been injured.
The suspect, Clenard Parker, 42, was being pursued by police while driving the stolen 18-wheeler when he crashed into a Texas DPS building. Authorities say that Parker was angry that his CDL renewal was denied by the DPS office earlier in the day.
He was not injured by the crash and arrested at the scene.
