Pakistan Successfully Tests Fatah-II Guided Rocket System

Today, the Pakistan Army successfully conducted a training launch of the Fatah-II Guided Rocket System, which has a range of 258 miles (400 km). The launch aimed to perfect the system’s launch drills procedures. The Fatah-II, equipped with a state-of-the-art navigation system and unique trajectory and maneuverable features, is capable of high-precision engagement and can defeat any missile defense system.

This advanced rocket system is being inducted into Pakistan’s Artillery Divisions for stand-off and precision engagement of deep targets, significantly enhancing the reach and lethality of the country’s conventional arsenal. The flight test was observed by the Chief of the General Staff of the Pakistan Army, senior officers from the three services, and dedicated scientists and engineers.

The President, Prime Minister of Pakistan, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, Chief of Army Staff, and all Service Chiefs congratulated the participating troops and scientists on this significant achievement.
