The Type-003/Fujian-class aircraft carrier, the CNS Fujian, reportedly began its second sea trial on May 23rd, China time. While the local authorities did not issue any no-fly or restricted area advisories, it is speculated that the carrier will travel to the Bohai Sea or the Yellow Sea.
The Fujian will reportedly pick up carrier-based aircraft if it travels to the Bohai or Yellow Seas.
However, it is also likely the carrier will sail towards the Taiwan Strait since the Joint Sword exercise is currently ongoing.
