Thailand’s Constitutional Court accepted the defense statement from the Move Forward Party (MFP) in the dissolution case and they would consider the case on June 12th.
However, the court did not say whether it would issue its ruling on the case on that day.
The MFP submitted its statement on June 4th, and the court sent it to the Election Commission.
The court informed both parties not to give any statements on the case that could influence public opinion and affect its consideration.
However, MFP will hold a press conference on June 9th to discuss details about the party’s defense statement. The party will also use the conference to provide details to “people who might have questions.”
