Russia’s Ministry of Defense has confirmed that an ICBM test launch was carried out of the Kapustin Yar launch complex by its strategic rocket forces.
The twilight phenomenon from the launch was observed across the Middle East, which some mistook as some form of Iranian missile launch towards Israel.
