U.S. First Lady Jill Biden is currently in Uzhhorod, Ukraine meeting Ukrainian First Lady Olena Zelensky.

First Lady Biden made the unannounced trip off of her Eastern European trip in which she met with Ukrainian refugees and mothers in Romania.

This marks the first time one of the Bidens has visited the war-torn nation since the February 24th Russian invasion. President Biden’s lack of a visit to Ukraine in the face of the U.K. Prime Minister’s visit as well as several other world leaders has some pundits questioning why.
