Stampede Causes Mass Casualty Event, Seoul, South Korea

Update (1137 EST): Locals reporting that individuals were handing out pills, calling them “candy”, at the entrance to this event.

A reported stampede has caused more than 50 people to go into cardiac arrest.

Local sources reporting that up to 50 people are receiving CPR at a Halloween event in Itaewon, Seoul, South Korea. Some sort of mass casualty event is rapidly unfolding.
