Luhansk People’s Republic Leader Pasechnik has decreed that the administration of the LPR is abolished and officially integrated into the Russian Federation. This is the first of the four annexed Ukrainian oblasts to declare such. Luhansk Oblast is also the most Russian controlled of the four except for a few villages including Bilohorivka. This now raises questions on how the Second Army Corps of the LPR will be integrated into the Russian military as many mobilized conscripts face poor treatment by their Ukrainian Seperatist commanders. The decree is below.

This measure is surely to be enacted by the administration of Donetsk People’s Republic as soon as the fighting stabilizes.
