Update (0833 EST):
At least five derailed cars are still on fire and MN23 has been closed until March 31st. U.S. Transportation Secretary Buttigieg has announced that the Federal Railroad Administration is on site with no casualties reported.
Update (0649 EST):
New Details : @BNSFRailway confirming to us that at 1:02 am local time a train derailed near Raymond, MN. Approximately 22 cars carrying mixed freight including ethanol and corn syrup are reported to be derailed. There are no injuries as a result of the incident.

At approximately 0300 EST, reports began to emerge of a train derailment near Raymond, Minnesota. 13 rails cars left the track and at least one carrying ethanol was on fire. An evacuation order was issued for Raymond for a .5NM radius lasting until at least 1000L. The train belonged to BNSF Railway Freight company.
As of 0600 EST, at least five cars were on fire and Highway 23 had been shutdown. There are no indications at this time the emergency is under control.
