There are incoming reports that the Nova Kakhovka has burst and is currently flooding areas downstream the Dnipro River in Kherson. So far there is no official confirmation as to what caused the dam to burst, although Russian sources are claiming it was blown up by Ukrainian forces. Ukraine has not commented on the manner.
