Local media reporting the shooter may have been firing from a dormitory window from the 7th floor. SWAT is also on scene and the shooter has not been apprehended. At least six victims have been shot.

ATF agents are responding to the scene as university officials warn students to stay away from Thurgood Marshall Hall and Murphy Fine Arts Center.

At approximately 2145 EST, initial reports indicated that multiple people were shot inside the dinning hall in Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland.

By 2200 EST, police warned the public to shelter in place and at least four people were shot so far.
