Li Shangfu is a Chinese aerospace engineer and career People’s Liberation Army general who has been serving as State Councillor and Minister of National Defence of Chinasince March 2023. He has also been a member of the Central Military Commission since 2022.
Qin Gang is a Chinese diplomat and politician who has been serving as State Councilorof China since March 2023. He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of China from December 2022 to July 2023.
