Update (0400 EST): Six pedestrians and three NYPD officers have been hospitalized.
At approximately 0219 EST, a car rammed into a crowd of pedestrians at the intersection of West 34th Street and 9th Avenue in New York City. Eyewitnesses say that police officers were pursuing the vehicle when it jumped the curb and hit pedestrians.
At least nine have been injured, one critically, as of this publication.
