Federal Protective Service Conducts Snap Drills in Moscow

Large Russian military presence outside the Federation Council (upper house of the Federal Assembly of Russia) which has 170 senators that represent the Russian people in government.

Locals reporting soldiers armed with “machine guns” and armored vehicles.

According to the Federal Protective Service they will be conducting drills like this for the next two days around the State Duma building, Council Building, and buildings of the Presidential administration.

This is the first time such an exercise has taken place during the GROM nuclear exercises.
