Japanese authorities in Miyagi, Yamagata, and Niigata prefectures have ordered residents to shelter in place and evacuate to underground shelters after at least one missile has launched from Sunan Airport, Pyongyang, North Korea. The missile has reportedly overflown mainland Japan.
