North Korea Probably Launched IRBM or ICBM

The missile launched by the North Koreans seems to still be airborne, more than 24 minutes, which signifies a possible Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile launch, or Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile which is outflying the previous IRBM launch by more than two minutes.
