Satellite imagery from COUPSURE on Twitter reportedly shows an accumulation of vessels in the P’yatyy Zaton Boat Basin which lies about 1km southwest of Kherson on the opposite side of the Dnieper River. This could indicate that Russian forces are confiscating civilians’ boats in order to deny their use by Ukrainian forces after a Russian withdrawal from the city or an accumulation of boats for Russian forces to use for their own evacuation.
The last civilian evacuation transport departed the port at Kherson earlier today, with none scheduled for tomorrow.
