At approximately 2130 EST, gunshots rang out at the Target on the intersection of West 7th Street and Figueroa Street in Los Angeles California. A Target security guard had shot a suspect that was on a stabbing spree, who had already injured three shoppers.
After reportedly attempting to diffuse the situation, the suspect lunged for the security guard who shot the suspect multiple times. Two have been transported with routine injuries while one, reportedly the suspect had sustained critical injuries. The suspect has been described as a “homeless man”.
