Biden admin says Saudi prince has immunity in Khashoggi killing lawsuit

Most know that Saudi journalist and dissident Jamal Khashoggi was killed by Saudi agents in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul. Most also know that U.S. intelligence believes that the Saudi crown prince, Mohammed bin Salman gave the order to have Khashoggi killed.

An interesting piece of information came out today regarding the murder of Khashoggi and the lawsuit being brought against the Saudi prince over the killing.

The Biden administration has determined that the Saudi prince has legal immunity from this lawsuit. The U.S. Department of Justice announced this in a court filing on Thursday.
