The Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Andriy Kostin has claimed that since being liberated, the bodies of 432 civilians have been found in Ukraine’s Kherson region.
He also stated that at least nine torture chambers have been discovered in liberated Kherson.
Kostin mentioned the existence of mines as well. According to him, unfound mines are a high threat, and many buildings in Kherson still contain them.
