Now three days after the Russian missile attack that caused Ukraine to shut down all nuclear power plants, 130,000 people in Kyiv still have no power.
The Kyiv City Military Administration took to Telegram to announce that all work restoring power is expected to finish within the next 24 hours.
As it is winter, keeping utilities up and houses heated is a large concern for the Ukrainian government.
