An apparent hostage situation that has reportedly left four dead is currently ongoing in Boulder, CO. Note, this number of deaths is unconfirmed as of now.
Information is still coming out, but reports claim that the gunman is in a house that is wired with explosives. The back door and window to the house are booby-trapped.
Police have evacuated nearby residents.
