Congo Ceasefire Broken After Only a Few Days

An official release from the M23 concerning their accusation toward the governments ceasefire violation.

In the DRC a ceasefire was established between a number of rebel groups and the government, including the M23, that was agreed upon on November 23rd, and supposed to take effect on November 25th. It has now been broken. In an official release the M23 has blamed the government, saying they attacked M23 positions, whereas a couple days ago the government accused the M23 of carrying out a massacre, in violation of their ceasefire.
