Reports are coming out of widespread power outages in the Russian city of Belgorod. A Ukrainian strike is the most likely cause of the explosion.
However, there has yet to be any solid information on what was used but we do know that air defense systems were activated in the city.

Local Telegram channels are reporting that an air defence system was triggered in the region.
It is worth noting that Yakovlevo is not a border region, it is north of Belgorod.
