With the upcoming rally/protest planned by the Bangladesh National Party, security forces are being deployed in advance to the Bangladesh capital of Dhaka.
Bangladesh National Party activists claim that there will be more than 1 million people attending the protest on Saturday.
There is a high chance things will turn violent on Saturday as Bangladeshi police have not been conservative in their use of lethal force to put down opposition protests.
Battalion ansar with lethal weapons are being deployed in aid to 30K police inside Dhaka Metropolitan area before BNP rally on Dec 10, which coincides with #HumanRightsDay. Sources say additional 18K-20K police, BGB and battalion ansar will be on duty.
