Meetings between Chinese President Xi Jinping and Saudi leadership are continuing this Friday.
Meetings today will likely include a summit with leaders from different nations in the Arab world who have come to be involved in President Xi’s visit.
These meetings definitely have the attention of the west as China is attempting to spread its sphere of influence by providing infrastructure projects around the world.
President Xi said yesterday, “China looks forward to working with Saudi Arabia and Arab countries to make the two summits milestone events in the history of China-Arab relations and China-GCC relations”.
