Chinese COVID Cases Rise as Lockdowns Ease

After a late November peak, Chinese COVID cases are still high as the country begins to loosen its lockdown restrictions.

People are beginning to travel again. Look at the number of domestic flights in the country. At more than 7,400 flights, they are nearly double from what they were a week ago.

Analysts are pointing out that the Chinese population has little exposure to COVID because of their tight lockdowns. This will likely cause a serious surge in cases as people get out and about.
