On Wednesday, popular social media platforms Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube all suffered various glitches and outages, leaving users frustrated.
For Twitter, users reported issues with making posts, being told they exceeded their daily Tweet limit, or having problems with their direct messaging. Twitter acknowledged the issues and said it was working on fixing them.
For Facebook and Instagram, users experienced issues with making posts and refreshing their feeds, which appear to have been fixed.
For YouTube, users were having issues with the site loading. The problem also appears to have been fixed.*
So far there is nothing indicating any of the outages are related with each other.
