Explosions were reported in the Syrian capital city of Damascus on Saturday evening. Syrian state media has attributed those explosions to Israeli strikes.
The Syrian state-run Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported air defenses around the city have engaged multiple targets. The Syrian news outlet shared footage purporting to show the air defenses intercepting a missile near the city.

Thus far, Israeli Defense Forces have not claimed responsibility for the strikes.
