As reports continue to roll in of Ukrainian and Russian troops “clearing” adversary positions, videos continue to emerge of what such an interaction may look like. In this video, Russian mobilized service member, Alexander Maltsev, of the 488th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 144th Guards Motorized Rifle Division clears a Ukrainian squad sized position and captures at least two soldiers single-handedly.

The 144th was one of the units to fail in the initial push for Kyiv and then failed again during the Ukrainian counter-offensive in Kharkiv Oblast. Reports now indicate the unit is reconstituted with mobilized troops and fighting in the vicinity of Kreminna, Luhansk Oblast.
