The Kremlin has announced that President Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin are set to sign a declaration announcing a “new era” of “comprehensive partnership and strategic relations” between Russia and China. This will likely happen next week when Xi visits Moscow from Monday to Wednesday. Likewise, the two leaders are also expected to sign a declaration on economic cooperation amongst other bilateral agreements.
