Presidents Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin have signed the China-Russia strategic cooperation agreement in Moscow, which the Kremlin says will usher in a “new era” of “comprehensive partnership and strategic relations” between the two countries. Some of the primary aspects of the agreement include increased trade and economic partnerships in energy, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation and artificial intelligence.
