Wagner PMC owner Prighozin has issued this letter to the Tula Oblast Prosecutor requesting a stay on a 2-year prison sentence for Alexei Moskalev who’s daughter drew a pro-Ukrainian message which somehow was turned into authorities.
Moskalev was arraigned earlier today, was placed on house arrest in Yegremov, and then fled before his court appearance in which the sentence was handed down. He is now on the run. His daughter has been turned over to state services since her mother is dead.
