Ukrainian strikes have targeted two locations in the city of Luhansk. The location of the city is well out of range for Ukrainian HIMARS systems, leading some to believe that these may be recently delivered long-range “Storm Shadow” cruise missiles from the UK.

One of the strikes has been geolocated to the Polipak plant (48.543972, 39.323486), which serves as a repair and storage facility for Russian forces.
? Previously, in Luhansk, the Polipak plant, which was used as a supply point / repair base of the russian Armed Forces, was hit.
