Acting Minister of Internal Affairs of the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) Igor Kornet and several other people were wounded on Monday after a reported improvised explosive device detonated at a barbershop in the city of Luhansk.

Geolocated footage from the scene confirms that the incident took place at “The Brothers” barbershop in central Luhansk, located at (48.5705951, 39.3050490).
So far, exact details of the blast and the events leading up to it remain unknown. Kornet’s condition is also unclear, as Russian media have reported that three people were seriously wounded in the explosion.
