There have been initial reports from Ukrainian sources of explosions in the areas around Vinnytsia and Poltava. It remains unclear if they are impacts or air defense activity.
This comes as Russian strategic bombers launched cruise missiles from the Caspian Sea and reports of missile deployments from Russian vessels in the Black Sea.
