US CENTCOM has released that 22 American service members have been injured in what it terms a “Helicopter Mishap”, in NorthEastern Syria. The incident took place on June 11th, and the cause has yet to be given, with CENTCOM stating it was “under investigation”, though it specifically notes that enemy fire was not reported. 10 of those injured have been evacuated to higher care facilities.
