South Korea Ramming and Stabbing Attack Ends in 14 Injured Near Seoul

A ramming and stabbing attack in the South Korea city of Seongnam (just south of Seoul), Gyeonggi province, left 14 injured after a 23-year-old man plowed his car through a sidewalk near a shopping area injuring five, then getting out near a subway station and proceeding to stab nine more people. Twelve of the victims are reportedly seriously wounded, while two of them have minor injuries.

Suspect is detained by police, was apprehended near Seohyeon Station, on the Bundang Line of the Seoul subway network. According to the Korean Herald, the suspect is a delivery industry worker.
