Russian Media Outlet Tsargrad TV says Prigozhin’s Remains Identified, Death Confirmed

The Russian media outlet Tsargrad TV has reported that the remains of Wagner head Yevgeny Prigozhin, as well as his second in command Dimtry Utkin, have been identified at the crash site, thus confirming their deaths.

Likewise, the outlet reported that the aircraft was blown up, citing a source from the Russian federal air authority, but did not specify what it was. The Wagner-affiliated Grey Zone media, while not confirming Prigozhin’s death, has accused Russian military forces of shooting down the aircraft.

Several Russian media outlets, both independent and state-owned, have reported that Prigozhin’s death is confirmed, however, Wagner Group has yet to make an official statement.
