At approximately 1250 EST, initial reports indicated that a car bombing had killed at least one Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) and at least two Russian Ministry of Defense officers in occupied Oleshky, Kherson Oblast, Ukraine. The video is shown below:

The explosion occurred in temporarily occupied Oleshky. As a result, one FSB officer was eliminated, the second is still in intensive care in serious condition.

According to Ukrainan state-owned media, Ukrainian State Security Service operatives were behind the bombing as a counter to FSB infiltration operations in Kherson Oblast.
