Flash Flooding Hits Pennsylvania

Flash flooding hit Pennsylvania on Saturday, forcing authorities to shut down multiple roads while, reportedly, some 30 cars remain trapped within flood waters while rescue boats have reportedly been deployed. Authorities have advised residents to remain home and, under no circumstances, drive in flood waters. Affected regions include Scranton and Clark Summit, while a thunderstorm watch has been enacted across much of the state and will remain active until 11 p.m. local time.
