According to documents published by the United States District Court in Delaware. Hunter Biden, the son of President Joseph Biden has been indicted on charges relating to lying on federal firearm paperwork related to a purchase in 2018.
The indictment paper says that Hunter Biden “certified on the Form 4473 that he was not an unlawful user of, and addicted to, any stimulant narcotic drug, and any other controlled substance, when in fact, as he knew, the statement was false and fictious.”

This comes after the “sweetheart deal” originally struck between the Department of Justice and Biden’s lawyers to avoid jail time for the gun charges while also avoiding future prosecution on tax charges fell apart on July 26th in front of U.S. District Judge Noreika. Once that deal fell apart in court, Special Counsel status was approved for David Weiss to pursue charges.
